Definition of Resolution
3a : something that is resolved made a resolution to mend my ways
: resolve My Resolution (next to writing shorter, clearer messages) is to slow down and be more present in all situations.

Definition of Goal
1 : the end toward which effort is directed
: aim The Goal is to increase the number of people who exercise & play regularly.
: aim The Goal is to decrease the number of people with chronic disease and improve health disparities with kids and their families.

But what, really, is the difference between a Resolution and a Goal? All I know is that every great success story starts with at least 1.
