AKA SEALs is back and now offered at all locations for Summer 2025! Following 19 years of the summer AKA All Sports Camp model, a growing percentage of our athlete participants are asking for something more. More focused sports. More opportunities to advance. More accelerated training to meet the demands of today’s competition. Naturally, its time we add an accelerated sports training and games summer camp program. This accelerated camp offers a smaller camp size of 30 campers. More time for direct training with coaches and professionals.  AKA SEALs is back for Summer 2025!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register my athlete for AKA SEALs

Simply complete the AKA SEALs application. Once we received the application, the Leadership Team will assess and approve or suggest an alternative program/camp. We will notify you within 24 (business day) hours, and from there we will send you the appropriate link and code to register.

Cancellation and Absence Policy

SEALs For Full Summer Packages 10 weeks: SEALs

  • Cancellations prior to April 1 will receive a refund of amounts paid, minus a $57.50 cancellation fee to cover administrative expenses.
  • Complete cancellations after April 1 will receive a refund for everything paid, minus the initial deposit of 15% of the total program fee.
  • If you fall below 10 weeks, individual week rates will be applied as well as losing your early bird discount.
  • No refunds will be processed after September 1st.

For Individual Week Registrations (Weekly registration up to 9 weeks): SEALs

  • Initial deposit, regardless of number of weeks, is $300.
  • Complete cancellation from the AKA SEALs program, prior to April 1st will receive a refund for amounts paid, minus a $57.50 cancellation fee to cover administrative expenses.
  • Individual week cancellations, so long as participants remain registered for at least one week (not complete cancellation), made prior to April 1st will receive a refund for the canceled weeks, minus 10% administrative fees for the total amount canceled.
  • Individual week cancellations made after April 1st will receive a refund minus 50% of the canceled weeks or a full refund as a credit applied toward a 2025 or 2026 AKASPORT Program.
  • If participating in All Sports Camp (ASC) and crossing over to SEALs, there is flexibility. We will charge the difference in price as long as the athlete is registered for a summer package at ASC.
  • Once an athlete is accepted and confirmed in the AKA SEALs program, the athlete cannot switch back to ASC and must complete the full week in SEALs
  • No refunds will be processed after September 1st. Absence Policy: There are no refunds for individual days missed due to illness or absence.
  • If more than 3 days are missed within one week due to illness or family related emergency, please contact us at AKASPORT (info@akasport.org) to discuss refunds or credits to your account.
  • You must notify us a full week prior to the week you have paid for if your child is going to be absent in order to receive a refund for the amounts paid, minus 25% (see individual week cancellation policy).
  • If you are unable to attend weeks you have signed up for you are still obligated to pay for those weeks if you have not notified us one full week in advance.
