We are Ready... We are One... We are AKA! #Grateful

Welcome back …

On the Eve of one of the most challenging works of grit and project perseverance to date, I am simply going to say, I’m so freaking grateful. Tomorrow morning, June 8, 2020 we kick off the 15th consecutive summer of the AKA All Sports Camp and as you can imagine, this one is like no other.

(Update, Friday, June 12 - Week 1 down and we are back! We’ve got a long way to go but overall this will be a great success. Still grateful for all of your support!)

Grateful for the People
My Board, my Directors, all the Staff, for rallying and putting in such determined work. Work that might not always be crystal clear in its vision but work that your gut tells you its worth it.

Grateful for the Families
For your trust and support in our programs. This year is like no other. AKA operations will not be perfect but we are doing our best. Your trust is what keeps us going!

Grateful for our Facilities
The National Sports Center (Blaine), Hopkins Pavilion (Hopkins), Adrenaline Sports Center (Ramsey) and all our other partner facilities, for your willingness to open your doors and allow AKA to do what we do best.
