A new AKA program has arrived! Following 18 years of the summer AKA All Sports Camp model, a growing percentage of our athlete participants are asking for something more. More focused sports. More opportunities to advance. More accelerated training to meet the demands of today’s competition. Naturally, its time we add an accelerated sports training and games summer camp program. This accelerated camp offers a smaller camp size of 30 campers. More time for direct training with coaches and professionals. In the Summer of 2024, AKA SEALs will commence!

Frequently Asked Questions

AKA All Sports Camp x SEALs Crossover

Once AKA SEALs application is approved for Athlete's SEALs participation, they can switch out of the AKA All Sports Camp (AKA Administrator will manage account), and pay the difference in fee. Once accepted and confirmed spot, Athlete cannot switch back to All Sports Camp.

Cancellation and Absence Policy

For Individual Week Registrations (Weekly registration up to 8 weeks):

Initial deposit, regardless of number of weeks, is $290.

Complete cancellation from the AKA SEALs program, prior to April 1st will receive a refund for amounts paid, minus a $75 cancellation fee.

Individual week cancellations, so long as participants remain registered for at least one week (not complete cancellation), made prior to April 1st will receive a refund for the canceled weeks, minus 10% administrative fees for the total amount canceled.

Individual week cancellations made after April 1st will receive a refund minus 35% of the canceled weeks.

If outstanding balances surpass the last day of camp, a 5% increase will be applied every two weeks, until the outstanding balance is paid off.

Need to explain/clarify the process of switching to and from the AKA All Sports Camp

No refunds will be processed after September 1st.

Absence Policy: There are no refunds for individual days missed due to illness or absence.

If more than 3 days are missed within one week due to illness or family related emergency, please contact us at AKASPORT (info@akasport.org) to discuss refunds or credits to your account.

You must notify us a full week prior to the week you have paid for if your child is going to be absent in order to receive a refund for the amounts paid, minus 25% (see individual week cancellation policy).

If you are unable to attend weeks you have signed up for you are still obligated to pay for those weeks if you have not notified us one full week in advance.
